RETURN POLICY

Important information regarding our return policy!

We DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges.

This is due to our high demand and low pricing points.

We unfortunately cannot ensure a size will be in stock to accommodate an exchange at this time.

We are a small business and run everything exclusively by ourselves so in order to best serve you, we will HAPPILY give you a shopping credit in the form of a gift card to use on our site!

Returns must be within 15 DAYS of delivery, with return slip, and in its UNWORN condition. 

Please CAREFULLY read our return slip and fill out accordingly so we can ensure a smooth and easy return process!

If you did not receive a return slip in your package, please email us and we will gladly send one over!

If a package comes without a return slip, please expect an additional delay of 3-5 business days for us to track where the package came from. 

All tags MUST stay attached to the garments, no exceptions.

Due to California state laws we cannot accept a returned garment with tags removed and/or any liners from garment removed or worn.

Garments MUST have liners intact and be UNWORN in order to receive a credit.

This is for your protection and hygiene safety.

Any items that do not qualify for returns, will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. 

Please return with in original packaging. Items sold in FINAL SALE section are not valid for return, no exceptions. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please use our issued return label. Once received please give us 24-36 hours to process your return and we will email you your credit code. Your credit code will not expire and can be used towards any items on chicasbeauty.com 

Please remember returns are $5.00, we will deduct $5.00 from your credit total. 

During launch weeks please allow 5-7 business days, we will do everything we can to get your credit issued asap.
